Erica Brotman Orgen had the privilege of growing up surrounded by art and artists. She is a third-generation artist, which has allowed her to have ongoing exposure to all facets of the art world. Museum and gallery trips, studio visits, and art school have all been a part of her journey. She was formally trained at The George Washington University in Fine Art & Art History. In 2013, Orgen created Studio Downstairs, an art program teaching fine art and art history to students of all levels. Her work has been featured in group shows in the Washington, DC area with a solo exhibit at Gallery Neptune in Bethesda, Maryland.
